12-Year-Old Left Behind on Field Trip, Beaten

The people who left a 12-year-old boy behind after a field trip could soon face criminal charges. On Sunday, 9 News brought you the exclusive story of a young man beaten in an East Feliciana softball field. Now, it appears he too could face criminal charges. :rotfl:

District Attorney Sam D'Aquilla says a Sheriff's department investigation shows the boy may have instigated the fight. If that's the case, D'Aquilla says he'll charge both the 12-year-old and an 11-year-old for fighting. :)

A picture of the 12-year-old boy after Saturday's fight showed his eye was swollen and he had a cut on his bottom lip. According to East Feliciana Sheriff's deputies, the boy told them he was at family day at the Martin Luther King
, Jr
. park in McManus when an 11-year-old and two other kids beat him up on the softball field. But the story's more complicated than that.

His mother claims she dropped him off for summer camp at Feliciana Family Outreach Center, and she knew they were going on a field trip to the park. D'Aquilla says it appears someone at the center left the child behind at the park when everyone else went back to the center. :pity:

"The sponsors of the group, Feliciana Outreach Center, who brought the child to the function, there may be possible pending charges against them for inadequate supervision of a juvenile," says D'Aquilla.

D'Aquilla also says he will also likely charge the 12-year-old victim and an 11-year-old who witnesses say were involved in the fight.

According to the police report: "The victim came up to him as he was playing on the softball field at the park and asked him if he wanted to fight him. The accused advised me that he said no but that the victim pushed him anyway."

D'
Aquilla says he was at the function that day with about 500 people. He questions why the victim called his mom from a cell phone. "It's just kind of strange that he had to call somebody to report this instead of reporting to somebody out there."

D'Aquilla says he will likely charge the two juveniles with either disturbing the peace or simple battery.

9 News went to the Family Outreach Center and even tried called the pastor who runs it. No one was at the center Monday morning, and the pastor has yet to return any phone calls.

This sounds like your typical, out-of-control niglet here. How do you suppose this became an "excusive story" complete with fambly photos?

I'm sure there's one outraged mammy in East Feliciana who's wearing out the "repeat" button on her cell phone calling up the DA's office to accuse them of being r
acisists
agains' her lil' precious angel. Just like she wore it out calling local media after her ugly little spawn came home with his "shiner" and whiney, manufactured tale of woe.

I hope this is truly an omen of things to come. This precious lil' nigger decided to pick a fight with probably t
he only white kid on the field and got his butt whooped trying to lay down some of his slow-footed wrestling moves he picked up from 10 hours of cable TV a day.

Lil Justus.. or Lil Eustus.. or whatever hellhound name you took when your mother crapped you out.. meet.. A FUTURE COP!!

May your life be ended quickly the next time you two meet. :) :guns:
