A Manhattan bank robber made off with $1,200 — but was arrested soon after on the Henry Hudson Parkway when cops used a bank-installed GPS device to track him down in a yellow cab, police said.
Omari Moore, 33, knocked off the TD Bank on West 23rd St. in Chelsea at about 4:50 p.m. by passing the teller a note demanding dough, cops said.
Moore got his haul — and more, as the teller handed him a bag of cash with a dye pack and a tracking device, police said.
The thief fled and eventually hailed a cab.
His freedom didn’t last long, as cops tracked down his getaway ride down on the Henry Hudson Parkway near West 93rd St. on the Upper West Side, cops said. It’s unclear if the dye pack detonated.
Moore was charged with robbery and criminal possession of stolen property.
