Eighty Four man pleads guilty to rape
An Eighty Four man will be sentenced Sept. 1 after pleading guilty Thursday to raping a girl.
David Brock, 35, of 747 Brownlee Road, appeared in Washington County Court before Judge Katherine B. Emery.
Brock was charged after having sex with a girl under the age of 5 in Houston on Sept. 1, 2003. He was 34 years old at the time.
He entered guilty pleas to rape of a child, sexual assault and two counts each of indecent assault and aggravated assault.
Until sentencing, Brock remains free on bond.
