Stolen needles prompt health scare

PRESCOTT - A health concern has been raised in Prescott, where police report the recent theft of used hypodermic needles.
Police were told that the needles previously had been used by patients with HIV and hepatitis.
The needles were taken from a biohazard complex at a Prescott medical facility.
