Hampton Man Faces Robbery Charges
An 18-year Hampton man is facing charges after officials say he robbed a teen at gunpoint Thursday night.
Police say Elliot Duane Tubbs Jr., of the 900 block of Quash Street, approached the 16-year old victim in the first block of Armor Arch around 8:15pm.
Authorities say their investigation indicates that Tubbs was armed, and he robbed the victim of an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene on foot.
He
as later apprehended and charged with robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of cocaine.
