A former substitute teacher must register as a sex offender, but she avoided prison time after being sentenced Thursday on charges involving sexual contact with students.

Madeline Marx, 24, did receive five years of probation on each of two counts of sexual battery, according to Cleveland.com. If she violates the probation, she could end up behind bars.

She is classified as a Tier III sex offender and must register her address every 90 days for the rest of her life, The Dayton Daily News reported, according to Cleveland.com.

Marx apologized before her sentencing in Montgomery County, Ohio.

“I cannot express how sorry I am for what I’ve done, especially to the victims and their families,” Marx was quoted as saying.

Marx pleaded guilty last month to the two sexual battery charges. She was arrested in November and accused of having inappropriate relationships with three students, WKEF Channel 6 reported.

According to court documents obtained by The Dayton Daily News, Marx is accused of having oral sex with a 17-year-old male student and sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old male student. Neither of the incidents happened on school property.

CANTON, Ohio — A former Ohio physical education teacher has been charged with having sex with three students.

Former Canton City Schools teacher Tiffany Eichler was arrested Wednesday after being indicted on three counts of sexual battery.

The indictment accuses the 36-year-old of having sexual encounters with three male students, ages 17 and 18. It says the encounters happened in February. Eichler was placed on unpaid leave in March and later resigned.

Eichler’s attorney tells the Canton Repository that he is working to resolve the case quickly.

Eichler started with the district in 2015 as a part-time instructor working with middle school students. She started full-time work at McKinley High School this school year.

A Bronx educator accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student cried in court Thursday, as her lawyer argued there were huge discrepancies in official paperwork detailing the accusations.

“There are really disturbing disparities between the locations where this is alleged to have occurred,” defense attorney Andrew Stoll told the court as his client, Dori Myers, sniffled beside him.

“It’s hard to imagine that this was just the error of a sex crimes detective,” the lawyer said as he noted papers placed the alleged incident in both Harlem and the Bronx.

The tanned teacher, 29, faces charges of second-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child for performing oral sex on the minor in Upper Manhattan on Nov. 1, according to the complaint.

Myers, who is married to a Rockland County sheriff’s deputy, was arrested after the teen told a classmate, who reported it, according to prosecutors. She was also allegedly seen massaging the same boy by a co-worker.

She maintains her innocence.

The teacher, who is still employed by the Department of Education but has been assigned away from students, was all smiles in the gallery — laughing with her attorney before bursting into tears as her case was called.

Myers is due back in court June 14.

Stoll did not immediately comment.

An assistant high school principal in Missouri allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old student whose family considered her to be a mentor for the teen, making sure “he got on the right path,” according to the boy’s father.

Elizabeth Giesler, 39, was charged Friday with felony sexual contact with a student, felony second-degree statutory sodomy and second-degree statutory rape after the alleged encounters with the student as she worked as the assistant principal at Ste. Genevieve High School, the Daily Journal reports.

The student told a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper that Giesler performed a sex act on him at her home in Ste. Genevieve County last month. They also had sex on two other occasions at her home between April and earlier this month, the student told investigators.

The father of the ninth-grader told KTVI that his son had known Giesler since sixth grade, adding that the family thought of her as a trusted adviser of sorts, someone whose tutelage would help the teen’s academic and athletic career.

“She talked to us about my son and what she can do for him, through life, like, give him a better life because he’s a good football player, so she was going to make sure he got on the right path,” the boy’s father told the station.

The boy now remains in protective custody with state officials, potentially up to 90 days, relatives said.

“She took advantage of him,” the teen’s father said. “She manipulated him because she knew what she was doing.”

The teen’s grandmother was disappointed that she once considered Giesler to be a “really nice person” and a positive influence on her grandson.

“And I thought she was really going to do something for my grandson, but yeah, she was doing something for him all right,” she told KTVI.

Gielser, who has previously worked as a teacher in another Missouri school district, has been placed on leave as an investigation continues. She was released from jail Friday after posting bond, KTVI reports.

A 32-year-old Ohio teacher found guilty of having sex with a 14-year-old student inside her locked classroom has been sentenced to one year in prison, dodging calls from the victim’s father to have her put behind bars for more than a decade.

Jessica Langford, of Centerville, received five years of probation in addition to the sentence Tuesday following a 2017 incident that was said to have happened inside her Miamisburg Middle School classroom. The teen victim told jurors during her trial that they had oral sex and intercourse for around “20 to 30 minutes” on the last day of the academic year.

“I wish I could go back and undo all that happened,” Langford said in court Tuesday. “I am completely responsible for my actions and should have never have used my power as a teacher and never developed a friendship with a student.”

Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Timothy O’Connell, during sentencing for Langford’s three sexual battery convictions, noted that she has had no past criminal history, the Dayton Daily News reported. She had argued that she was the primary caregiver for her mother and daughter.

The sentence Langford received was in stark contrast to what the victim’s father was asking for — the maximum length of 15 years.

“She was entrusted with the care of the children and students and threw it away for her own sexual gratification,” the father had said in court, according to the newspaper. “He feels embarrassed and alone. He’s bullied constantly at school and feels helpless and alone.”

Langford said she and the teen “should have never exchanged any form of communication.

“I felt trapped in a teacher’s life. I was distracted, I was unable to focus only on my teaching duties,” she told the court. “Being the teacher all students wanted to have, I have learned to be a great teacher – doesn’t mean I need to be a friend to students and that there should be boundaries between teacher-student relationships.”

EWING, N.J. — Authorities say a New Jersey high school teacher sent inappropriate photos to a male student.

Chelsea Hahn is facing three counts of child endangerment. Ewing school officials say she’s been suspended and is barred from being on school property.

It wasn’t known Monday if Hahn has retained an attorney.

Authorities say the Ewing High School teacher sent “inappropriate photos and messages to the student via social media.” But they haven’t said if the boy was a student in any of her classes or provided further details about him.

Authorities declined to provide further details on the allegations, citing the ongoing investigation.

A Texas middle school teacher was sentenced to prison after having sex with a 15-year-old male student while she was pregnant, according to officials.

Katherine Ruth Harper, 28, was ordered Thursday to serve six years in prison for the relationship with her former student at Tidwell Middle School in Roanoke, the Fort Worth Telegram reported.

The seventh-grade English teacher will also have to register as a sex offender and serve 10 years probation following her time in prison.

Harper, a cheerleading coach, pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a child and having an improper relationship with a student.

She was eight months pregnant when she was arrested in April 2017. Police reports, however, didn’t state whether the teen was the baby’s father.

Prosecutors said that the pair exchanged texts before having sex multiple times in June and July 2016.

They also reportedly drank alcohol together during sexual encounters at each other’s homes.

School administrators were notified about the relationship in September 2016 and contacted police. The case was closed due to lack of evidence until a detailed tip was submitted to the district website around three months later.

The student then confessed to his high school principal about the affair, the Fort Worth Telegram reported.

“One thing led to another and she told me to ‘put it in’ and I did,” the teen said, according to the police warrant.

A North Carolina teacher reportedly fled town when she learned on social media that she was charged for having sex with a student, according to officials.

Kayla Sprinkles, 26, was indicted by a grand jury on sexual assault charges June 4 after allegations surfaced that she was sexually involved with a student in the Cherokee County schools system, news station WPVI reported.

The Andrews High School teacher’s relationship with the student allegedly occurred from December 2016 to April 2017, according to the Clay County Progress.

Sprinkles fled the county after news of the indictment hit social media, authorities said. She ultimately turned herself in June 7 to the Mecklenburg County Detention Center, where she was released on $25,000 bond.

She is set to appear next in Cherokee County Superior Court on July 2.

The Canton Repository reports 36-year-old Tiffany Eichler apologized to the students, the Canton school district and her family before sentencing Tuesday.

Eichler pleaded guilty last month to three counts of sexual battery. Her sentence includes 300 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine. She’s required to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.

Prosecutors said Eichler, a teacher at Canton McKinley High School, had sex with two 18-year-old students and a 17-year-old. One of the encounters occurred after school in a classroom.

Her attorney in arguing against a longer sentence said Eichler has suffered humiliation and the loss of her career.

A former Connecticut special education teacher accused of having sex with students was caught in a car with one of her alleged victims — despite an order of protection barring her from having contact with the teen, police said.

Laura Calladio Ramos, 32, of Milford, was pulled over on June 22 in Waterford after a cop spotted her talking on a cellphone while driving. Officers then determined that one of Ramos’ alleged victims in her pending sexual assault case was in the car with her, the Connecticut Post reported.

Ramos, who resigned from her position at Central High School in Bridgeport, was later charged with violating a protective order mandating that she have no contact with two students in the case. Investigators believe Ramos may have sexually assaulted other students as well.

Ramos, whose husband recently divorced her and gained custody of their 2-year-old son, is awaiting trial on two counts of second-degree sexual assault. Authorities allege Ramos sexually assaulted an 18-year-old special education student between December 2016 and April 2017 and a second student on multiple occasions at a restaurant in Shelton, where a student told police they had sex in the eatery’s electrical room after Ramos told him her husband no longer wanted to be intimate with her.

The student told police he later received a text from Ramos saying it was the best sex she ever had.

Police said Ramos, whose husband attended her initial arraignment, admitted after her arrest in a video-recorded statement that she had sex with the 18-year-old student a “handful of times” from December 2016 until April 2017, usually in her car.

Ramos, who remains free on $50,000 bond, is expected to appear in court Thursday before Superior Court Judge Robert Devlin.

“Laura Ramos has faithfully attended every court appearance and will continue to do so,” Ramos’ attorney, Edward Gavin, told the Connecticut Post. “We will address the motion [to revoke her bond] at the hearing.”

Prosecutors declined to comment, according to the newspaper.

A Bronx public school teacher has admitted she performed oral sex on a 14-year-old boy on “multiple occasions and in multiple locations” — but will not have to go to prison or surrender her teaching license.

Dori Myers, 29, a social studies teacher at The New School for Leadership and the Arts in Kingsbridge, pleaded guilty to a criminal sex act — a D felony requiring her to register as a sex offender.

Myers, the wife of a Rockland County sheriff’s officer, entered her plea in Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday, a day sooner than scheduled — thus letting her avoid the glare of the news media.

Prosecutors requested that Justice Michael Orbus sentence Myers to two years in prison and order that she surrender her New York state teaching certificate.

Instead, Orbus promised to give her 10 years’ probation.

Defense lawyer Andrew Stoll said Myers will be fired by the city Department of Education “and won’t be working for them anymore,” but asked the judge not to make her give up her license , according to a court transcript obtained by The Post.

“There is a possibility that she could teach adults now or in the future and we want to preserve that possibility ,” Stoll said. “She still is a talented teacher and has those skills , and I don’t see any reason to destroy her ability to make a living and to contribute to society in a positive way.”

The judge relented, but added, “This would be a matter that any licensing agency will be able to consider, if they choose to do that, and of course any employer.” The state Education Department typically reviews such cases to determine whether to revoke an educator’s license.

Orbus also noted, “I just want to make the record clear that Ms. Myers is aware that she must register as a sex offender.”

Cops got word of Myers’ misdeeds after the boy — believed to be one of Myers’ students — told a classmate, who then notified a school administrator, police said.

Myers was arrested Jan. 19 and pleaded not guilty. At the time, Stoll called Myers “a model citizen who looks forward to clearing her name.”

Orbus set sentencing for Sept. 12, and ordered Myers to report immediately to probation.

A teacher in California allegedly had sex with an eighth-grader while chaperoning his spring class trip to Washington, DC, authorities said.

Jacqueline Nicole Muller, a 26-year-old teacher at Salem Lutheran School in Glendale, was arrested Monday on charges of first-degree child sexual abuse after the encounter with the 14-year-old male student at a hotel in the nation’s capital on May 9, according to charging documents obtained by WRC-TV.

After connecting on Instagram in March, the boy told police he and Muller began talking about photography and other mutual interests before they kissed about a month later, court documents show.

Muller and the teen allegedly had sex at a Hyatt Place hotel in southwest Washington, just blocks away from the National Mall. They also had sex a second time later that day at another hotel in Virginia, authorities said.

The alleged encounters came to light when the teen’s parents discovered text messages on his phone, some of which indicated a relationship well beyond a typical teacher-student bond.

“Hope you slept well my love,” one message read. “Missing you.”

The teen’s parents also learned from other chaperones that their son had been alone with Muller for about an hour one night during the trip. The boy later told his father about the secret meetings, WRC-TV reports.

Five days after the alleged encounter, the teen’s parents met with school officials, including interim principal Pamela Perry, who later reported the allegations to child protective services. Muller subsequently apologized in a letter to Perry, according to court documents.

“It pains me that my actions have led to this point,” she wrote.

Ali Smyser, president of Salem Lutheran Church, told The Post that Muller resigned after law enforcement officials were notified of the allegations.

“Salem Lutheran Church and School takes the safety of our students very seriously and will always do everything in our power to protect them,” Smyser said in a statement. “It is not our intention to comment further on this matter while it is being adjudicated.”

Attempts to reach Muller were not successful.

One of Muller’s relatives posed as the teen weeks after the alleged encounter, prompting the teacher to try to set up a meeting while stressing the need to be inconspicuous.

“Whatever you do, please don’t say that we’ve been talking,” Muller wrote. “We can’t see or speak to each other until this thing blows over … Hopefully after graduation but not sure.”

A former Bronx public school teacher was sentenced Wednesday to 10 years’ probation for performing a sex act on a 14-year-old boy on multiple occasions.

Dori Myers, 29, took a plea deal last month, which Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Obus offered over the objection of prosecutors, who asked for no less than two years in prison.

The ex-social studies teacher at The New School for Leadership and the Arts had been axed by the city’s Department of Education since her last court date.

“Ms. Myers was fired and she is not eligible to work in New York City schools again,” said DOE spokesman Doug Cohen.

The predatory teacher pleaded guilty to one count of felony criminal sexual act as part of the deal and must register as a level 1 sex offender.

Myers’ husband, a Rockland County sheriff’s officer, who usually accompanies her to court, was noticeably absent for Wednesday’s proceeding.

The disgraced teacher was arrested Jan. 19 after the teen told a classmate about their trysts, and the classmate reported it to a school administrator.

The victim had also posted at least one pic on Snapchat cuddling with Myers under the heading “Me and my sexy asssss wife,” according to sources.

Defense lawyer Andrew Stoll declined to comment.

A former middle school employee in Houston admitted losing her virginity to a 15-year-old student, saying she loved him “with all of her heart,” court documents reveal.

Hannah Parisa Siboyeh, who worked as a paraprofessional at Labay Middle School, was arrested last week after confessing to investigators that she had the illicit relationship, which she characterized as “one mistake after another,” the Houston Chronicle reported.

Siboyeh, 24, told authorities that she lost her virginity to the former student — who is now in high school — at the school during the summer of 2017 and later had sex with the teen at his house, in a park and at a hotel in Houston, according to the report.

“She admitted that she loved [the boy] with all of her heart,” court documents obtained by the newspaper show.

Police were tipped off about the relationship by an assistant principal in April. The administrator said an anonymous tipster told her about a sexual relationship between a district employee and a male student, detailing a visit to the teen’s house during which the tipster reported seeing the student and Siboyeh lying in bed together.

The informant also reported “weird noises” coming from the room while she was there, according to charging documents that reveal additional witnesses also confirmed Siboyeh and the teen were in a boyfriend-and-girlfriend-type relationship.

Siboyeh, who is facing charges of an improper relationship with a student and sexual assault of a child, appeared in court Monday after posting $10,000 bond. She was ordered by a judge to stay away from the boy and his relatives. She must also stay away from any child care facility, school or residence where the boy resides, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Investigators recovered several explicit images of Siboyeh and the boy on her phone, as well as video of the two having sex, KPRC reports.

Siboyeh, meanwhile, got emotional after leaving court Monday with her attorney, according to the station. Attorney Robert Kelton said the former paraprofessional, who also worked as a substitute teacher, is very nervous due to the allegations and potential prison time she faces — up to 17 years if convicted on both charges she faces.

Kelton also claimed that the boy’s family did not want charges filed against Siboyeh, KIAH reports.

Siboyeh, who has since been removed from her position, is due back in court Nov. 11.

An Ohio teacher confessed to having sex with a 17-year-old student who “looked and acted” like her ex-husband, according to police.

Laura Bucy, a 32-year-old home economics teacher at Twinsburg High School, was placed on administrative leave following her arrest on charges of sexual battery and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles after admitting to having a sex with the teen in a classroom pantry, WEWS reports.

Bucy told her ex-husband’s father about the illicit relationship in August, telling him that she needed to “confess her sins,” according to a police report obtained by the station. She then told her ex’s father about the relationship with one of her students and made other “incoherent statements” before driving off.

Bucy later met with detectives on Sept. 11 and confessed to having sex with the teen.

The relationship took shape at a time when Bucy “felt very overwhelmed with having three kids to care for, working and attending college,” according to the police report. Bucy also told investigators she and the teen “made a very strong connection” after going to her classroom to help clean up, Cleveland.com reports.

Bucy told police that the teen “looked and acted” like her ex-husband and confessed to having sex with him in a classroom pantry after lunch in February or March. The tawdry romp happened on one occasion, she said, and took place after they exchanged photos and videos of each other on Snapchat, police said.

Bucy admitted supplying the teen liquid to use in his vaping device and allowed him to use it in her office. She also admitted buying about $10 of marijuana from another student, police said.

In a letter sent home to parents, Twinsburg School District officials said Bucy had been placed on administrative leave after being notified police were probing the allegations on Sept. 12.

“Specifically, the Police Department informed me that the investigation began the prior evening and involves allegations of a serious nature related to misconduct that allegedly took place on school property,” the letter obtained by WEWS read.

The student, meanwhile, confirmed Bucy’s account, although he said they had sex sometime before Christmas instead of in February or March. The teen told police Bucy came up from behind him and started kissing him at the party, Cleveland.com reports.

Bucy, who has pleaded not guilty, was released after posting $50,000 bail. She was ordered not to have any contact with the teen and is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.

A married Alabama high school math teacher was busted this week on a dozen sex-related charges — involving three different students.

Ashley Nicole “Nikki” Maddox, 31, who teaches algebra at Chilton County High School, was arrested Wednesday and charged with two class C felonies and 10 class A misdemeanors, Chilton County Chief Deputy District Attorney CJ Robinson said in a statement issued to AL.com.

The probe into Maddox’s alleged behavior started as an administrative matter — but once criminal acts were reported, school resource officers began digging into the case, according to the report. Then the Clanton Police Department launched an investigation — during which other students “disclosed Nikki Maddox had subjected them to inappropriate and illegal sexual contact,” Robinson said.

The charges Maddox faces stem from incidents involving three students, which happened over the past few months, according to Robinson. Specific details of the crimes have not been made public.

Maddox, who lives in Clanton with her husband and son, graduated from Chilton County High School in 2005 and then attended the University of Montevallo, according to her bio on the school’s website. She previously worked as a special education teacher in Chilton and Shelby counties, according to the outlet.

Her charges include two counts of a school employee having sexual contact with a student under 19, two counts of a school employee soliciting a sex act with a student under 19, four counts of a school employee distributing obscene material to a student and four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, the outlet reported.

She was booked into the Chilton County Jail on Wednesday morning and was released after posting $17,500 bond, according to the report. Her next court date has not yet been set.

Robinson praised the efforts of the Clanton Police Department and the Chilton County Board of Education in Maddox’s arrest.

HILLSBOROUGH TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) — A New Jersey high school teacher is accused of sending nude photos to a teen student.

The Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office says 29-year-old Michelina Aichele, a teacher at Montgomery Township High School, was arrested last Friday for the alleged incident.

Authorities say Aichele, of Hillsborough Township, sent nude photos to a 17-year-old boy over several months, and also had sexually explicit conversations with the student through social media sites and email.

The Montgomery Township Police Department was contacted by the high school on Oct. 4 about the alleged incident, and Aichele was subsequently arrested on Oct. 5.

Aichele has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

She is being held at the Somerset County Jail, pending a detention hearing.

A Brooklyn teacher phoned a teen student more than 700 times, spent hours on the line with him in the wee hours, and allegedly flirted with him in school.

Keri Twente, an English-as-a-second-language teacher at John Dewey HS in Gravesend, admits she went overboard in tutoring the 19-year-old immigrant, but insists their relationship was never romantic or sexual.

“I was constantly helping kids. I had a line out the door.” Twente, 29, told The Post. “If they needed me, I was there.”

Fired for “gross misconduct” after five years on the job, Twente has filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court seeking to overturn her termination.

Besides touting her teaching successes, she is armed with an audiotape which she says proves that agents of the Special Commissioner of Investigation lied and withheld exculpatory information.

When city investigators questioned the teen in July 2017, he secretly recorded the interview and later turned the tape over to Twente. On it, he flatly denies any “kissing or sex” with the teacher.

“No, that’s disgusting,” he told investigators Miguel Ruiz and Noemi Martin.

But Ruiz, who told the youth he would close the case because “nothing happened,” omitted those statements from his notes, final report, and hearing testimony.

Twente also caught Ruiz rummaging through her home mailbox. Ruiz admitted in testimony that if no one answered the door, “we pulled the mail just to confirm that the person lived there,” and put it back.

An SCI spokeswoman declined to comment.

Twente, who earned a master’s degree in sound design at Yale University, joined the Department of Education through the NYC Teaching Fellows program, focusing on older immigrant kids who lacked credits.

The youth came to the US from Russia at age 18, speaking no English. He was in Twente’s class in 2015-16. The next year, while assigned to other teachers, he kept returning to Twente for help, and often sat in her classroom — with or without permission.

Phone records that school year show he called Twente’s phone 650 times, and she called him 720 times at all hours. About half the calls were only attempts to reach him, not actual conversations, she said.

Twente said she often called the student at 7 a.m. to wake him for school. They also connected after midnight, while she did graduate studies and he did homework after a restaurant job.

“We would just call each other and leave the phone on speaker while we did our work,” she told The Post. “He was learning English. I was studying Russian. We would correct each other’s grammar.”

They also chatted about politics and current events, she said.

Students and faculty members began gossiping. The teen testified that some classmates were “jealous.”

One teacher reported seeing Twente and the boy in her locked classroom with the lights out. She said Twente showed photos of herself, and the teen complimented her hairstyle.

“Twente laughed and played with her hair,” the SCI reports.

The other teacher later testified she didn’t see photos on the cell phone, that Twente had a “slight smile,” and that she was “adjusting” her hair normally. Twente swore the door was never locked.

But after a 10-day administrative trial, hearing officer James Brown found Twente “obsessed” with the student. She “shredded the boundaries” between a professional teacher and student, he concluded.

Twente’s lawsuit seeks to vacate the termination for a lesser penalty.

In a shocking case of twisted misconduct, a 41-year-old Bronx public-school teacher doted romantically on a fifth-grader — calling the 11-year-old her “boyfriend,” records show.

“As long as without sex, I think its(sic) legal,” teacher Yi Chen Cheng told a friend on Facebook, investigators found.

A Department of Education teacher for 16 years, Cheng taught music at PS 1 Courtlandt, a pre-K to 5th grade school in Mott Haven.

According to investigative reports and disciplinary records, Cheng sent the fifth-grader messages adorned with heart emojis, told him often, “I love you,” and expressed jealousy of his girlfriends.

With a phone she bought for him, they exchanged 563 texts and engaged in video chats at odd hours, chatting about kid stuff like basketball, going to the mall, and dating.

Cheng is one of two teachers recently fired after disturbing Facebook messages and texts came to light, reports by the city’s Special Commissioner of Investigation reveal.

In the other case, Dennis Colon, 46, a teacher at Mott Haven Village Preparatory HS in the Bronx, texted a student while driving in June 2017: “I f–king WISH you were my girlllllllllll,” the SCI reports.

Colon quickly texted other sheepish remarks, including, “Ugh should I have shut the f- -k up???” Moments later he texted: “Just got into an accident,” and sent a photo of his wrecked mini-van. “Waiting for a f–king Uber right now.”

The girl turned in screenshots. Records over three months showed 680 texts from Colon to her phone, and 350 from her to him. Confronted with his vulgar words, Colon claimed he was “drunk” at the time, quickly realized “it was a mistake,” and apologized. The DOE fired him.

In Cheng’s case, the boy told probers that his teacher never engaged in sexual behavior with him. The NYPD and Bronx District Attorney’s Office did not file criminal charges.

But a disciplinary hearing officer, Timothy Taylor, terminated Cheng, calling her conduct “particularly shocking.”

Records show her estranged husband, who shared a Facebook password, was stunned to discover a trove of notes between Cheng and the pre-teen boy.

“Don’t use me as a bargaining chip for your gf [girlfriend],” Cheng allegedly wrote in June 2017. “This is the second time that you are telling everyone what I told you. Do you think it’s a joke. Or you think I am a joke? You hurt me again. And this is what you should tell everyone from now, including your gf: I don’t love you, I don’t. Goodnight.”

The student replied, “Woow first I ain’t tell anybody about u. …”

Cheng then added, “I feel you are using me to get her jealous. And that hurts because you care about her feelings more than my feeling. And don’t you know how much I love you through everything?”

Cheng, who has a 5-year-old son, sent a photo of the student to a Facebook friend, calling him her “boyfriend,” reports state.

She confided she “fell for someone that [she] shouldn’t fall for. [M]aybe because we are meant to be … we know what each other wants without even saying a word … we don’t even fight. … I feel connected to him.”

Cheng, who did not testify or return a message from The Post, now works for the Piano School of NYC in Manhattan. She gives piano lessons in the homes of students under age 10 with a parent present, a spokeswoman said.

A 32-year-old teacher — whose father is the mayor of Lodi, New Jersey — was arrested for sending sexually explicit photos and having sex with a 16-year-old student, a report said Monday.

Stephanie Carafa, a teacher at Thomas Jefferson High School in Bergen County, was busted on Saturday on charges of child endangerment and aggravated criminal sexual contact in connection with the relationship, according to NorthJersey.com.

Her father, Emil Carafa Jr., is the mayor of Lodi Township, where the school is located.

Carafa could not immediately be reached for comment.

She is due back in court on Friday.
