My family has been here since the beginning (I am a direct descendent of Josiah Bartlett) That means someone in my family has fought in every war this country has waged. We've paid our dues in blood, sweet, tears and money. Why should my kids be kicked in the teeth and push to the back of the line by the children of illegals who have contributed NOTHING to this country? Where's the fairness in that?

James Fulford writes: At VDARE.com, we do point out the illogicality of affirmative action for immigrants, and it's a worthwhile point that a minority anchor baby is born with preferences that a Daughter of the American Revolution isn't eligible for.

Solzhenitsyn’s Chapter 21, on the WWII years, is now available. See here, and again notice the link requesting donations.) As elsewhere, it stresses the reality behind Jewish complicity in Bolshevism. For example, he argues that evacuations of Jews during WWII were done without publicity—mainly because of sensitivity about German propaganda emphasizing “Judeo-Bolshevism”��: “The Soviet leadership undoubtedly realized that they gave a solid foundation to this propaganda during the 1920s and 1930s.”��

During the war, traditional anti-Jewish themes and hostility toward Jews because of their role as an elite during the most horrific periods of Soviet history was combined with a new accusation: That Jews served the Soviet military disproportionately in positions where they were less likely to suffer casualties. Solzhenitsyn’s own personal experience is compelling: “Yes, one could hear this among the soldiers on the front. And right after the war — who has not experienced that? — a painful feeling remained among our Slavs that our Jews could have acted in that war in more self-sacrificing manner, that among the lower ranks on the front the Jews could have been more represented.”��

Solzhenitsyn is not saying that Jews did not serve, but that they tended to serve either as senior officers or support personnel, not as ordinary soldiers in the front lines. The result was that Jews suffered lower mortality rates:

What mattered is that not everybody could survive …. Meanwhile an ordinary soldier, glancing back from the frontline, saw all too clearly that even the second and third echelons of the front were also considered participants of the war: all those deep rear headquarters, suppliers, the whole Medical Corps from medical battalion to higher levels, numerous rear technical units and, of course, all kinds of service personnel there, and, in addition, the entire army propaganda machine, including touring ensembles, front performance troops — they all were considered war veterans and, indeed, it was apparent to everyone that the concentration of Jews was much higher there than at the frontline.

Such personnel have a “completely different psychology”�� because being at the front line is voluntary: “nobody would have forced him ”�’to hold the position.’”�� He also provides examples of a Jew who left the frontline in favor of a newspaper position, and he scoffs at a Jewish musician’s claim to have dug trenches: “As a war veteran, I say — an absolutely incredible picture.”��

Similar attitudes were common in the American military during WWII, as discussed in Dynamics of Prejudice, by Bruno Bettelheim and Morris Janowitz, a volume in the Studies in Prejudice series, published by the American Jewish Committee. This is the same series that included the notorious The Authoritarian Personality (by the Frankfurt School folks), so one should be wary of the numbers. Nevertheless, using a sample of 150 soldiers, they found that a substantial minority of the White soldiers interviewed regarded Jews as tending to have rear echelon jobs (20%) or were poor combat soldiers (17%).

But in the end, Solzhenitsyn acknowledges that the actual data do not allow for any firm conclusions: “Such anecdotal evidence cannot make up a convincing argument for either side and there are no reliable and specific statistics nor are they likely to surface in the future.”�� Nevertheless, the general picture one gets is that indeed Jews were less likely to put themselves in harm’s way.

Solzhenitsyn expresses amazement at the reaction of one Jew who felt that the war was not really his war:

Of course, Stalin’s regime was not any better than Hitler’s. But for the wartime Jews, these two monsters could not be equal! If that other monster won, what could then have happened to the Soviet Jews? Wasn’t this war the personal Jewish war, wasn’t it their own Patriotic War — to cross arms with the deadliest enemy in all of Jewish history? (Emphasis in text.)

Even though this case is presented as nothing more than an anecdote, Solzhenitsyn ascribes it to a lack of loyalty—an ancient and persistent source of anti-Jewish attitudes. His treatment implies that such attitudes are typical among Jews. Jews have proven they are good fighters by the behavior of the Israeli army. But “their interest in this country is partial. After all, they — even if many of them only unconsciously — saw ahead looming in the future their very own nation of Israel.”��

As usual, Solzhenitsyn does not shy away from criticizing the facile explanations of Jewish historians. Anti-Jewish attitudes increased dramatically as Jewish evacuees from Eastern Europe mixed with non-Jewish natives and with wounded Soviet military personnel in Central Asia. Here traditional themes of anti-Semitism surfaced—Jewish lack of involvement in physical labor, Jewish wealth (many Jewish evacuees were high-level bureaucrats) and the involvement of Jews in sharp economic practices. A Jewish author “explains”�� this as resulting from “Hitler’s propaganda.”�� Solzhenitsyn mocks him:

What a dizzying revelation! How could Hitler’s propaganda victoriously reach and permeate all the Central Asia when it was barely noticeable at the front with all those rare and dangerous-to-touch leaflets thrown from airplanes, and when all private radio receiver sets were confiscated throughout the USSR?

Anti-Jewish attitudes were also rife where Jews returned to areas formerly occupied by the Germans. This was particularly the case in Ukraine, and motivated by memories of the role of Jews in the Soviet repressions of the 1930s: “A secret German report from the occupied territories in October 1941 states that the ”�’animosity of the Ukrainian population against Jews is enormous... they view the Jews ... as informants and agents of the NKVD, which organized the terror against the Ukrainian people.’"

The organization of Ukrainian Nationalists of Bandera-Melnik (OUN) made the following remarkable statement: “The Yids in the Soviet Union are the most loyal supporters of the ruling Bolshevik regime and the vanguard of Moscow imperialism in Ukraine. ... The Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists considers the Yids as the pillar of the Moscow-Bolshevik regime, while educating the masses that Moscow is the main enemy.”�� Yaroslav Stetzko (who in July 1941 was named the head of the Ukrainian government): “The Jews help Moscow to keep Ukraine in slavery, and therefore, I support extermination of the Yids and the need to adopt in Ukraine the German methods of extermination of Jewry.”��

Solzhenitsyn often juxtaposes Jewish and Russian suffering but emphasizes that Jewish suffering is better known. He describes Babi Yar, the site of mass executions, mostly of Jews, by the Germans and notes that “the executions at Babi Yar have become a symbol in world history.”�� But immediately after he writes that

it should be recalled that within a few kilometers from Babi Yar, in the enormous Darnitskiy camp, tens of thousands Soviet prisoners of war, soldiers and officers, died during the same months: yet we do not commemorate it properly, and many are not even aware of it. The same is true about the more than two million Soviet prisoners of war who perished during the first years of the war.

So Russians actually suffered more than Jews, at least in terms of sheer numbers, but the events are simply forgotten.

Similarly, Solzhenitsyn discusses a study claiming that 2,733,000 Jews were lost during the war within the post-war Soviet boundaries from all causes—55% of the Jewish population. Immediately thereafter he points out that “the currently accepted figure for the total losses of the Soviet population during the Great Patriotic War is 27,000,000 and it may be still underestimated.”��

And even though the percentage losses of Jews were larger, the long term effects have been more devastating for the Russians:

We must not overlook what that war was for the Russians. The war rescued not only their country, not only Soviet Jewry, but also the entire social system of the Western world from Hitler. This war exacted such sacrifice from the Russian people that its strength and health have never since fully recovered. That war overstrained the Russian people. It was yet another disaster on top of those of the Civil War and de-kulakization — and from which the Russian people have almost run dry.

One can't help thinking that the Russians would not have had to make such a sacrifice in the absence of the widespread perception throughout conservative circles in Europe that the Soviet Union was dominated by a Jewish elite (see, e.g., Bendersky, Mayer, Nolte). In any case, Jews have recouped their population losses And the Holocaust has become a prime source of identity for Jews and the prime rationalization for Israel. The Russians are simply exhausted.

In the end, Solzhenitsyn believes that there is plenty of blame to go around:

I fully agree with Hannah Arendt that the Jews of our century were equal participants in the historical games of the nations and the monstrous Catastrophe that befell them was the result of not only evil plots of the enemies of mankind, but also of the huge fatal miscalculations on the part of the Jewish people themselves, their leaders and activists.

But the Russians must look into the mirror as well. Russians need to engage in self-criticism

despite the unbearable burden of realization that it was we, Russians, who ruined our history — through our useless rulers but also through our own worthlessness — and despite gnawing anxiety that this may be irreparable — to perceive the Russian experience as possibly a punishment from the Supreme Power. (my emphasis)

One wishes that Solzhenitsyn would have been more specific about what he feels were the “fatal miscalculations”�� of the Jews that led to the Holocaust. I suspect that the well-founded reality behind “Judeo-Bolshevism”�� mentioned in this chapter and the aggressively hostile Jewish stance toward the Czar leading up to the Revolution (which, as Chapter 5 shows, was largely unwarranted) –would have been high on his list.

As for the Russians, the central fact is that their “useless leaders”�� were not Russians during the period when they endured such horrifying losses as a result of the actions of their own government. Their leaders were ethnic outsiders — with Jews the preeminent and most loyal force. Solzhenitsyn makes this clear in Chapter 18 and it is also asserted in a recent Russian textbook that has drawn the fire of Jewish activists.

The real lesson here is the horrifying fate suffered by ethnic groups that come under the control of a hostile, ethnically alien elite—a lesson that White Americans would do well to heed.

Federal Salaries Soaring Above Private Sector

USA Today Analysis Shows Average Government Workers' Pay Growing Faster than Private Employees' Salaries

Federal employees' pay and benefits averaged $123,049 in 2009, up 36.9 percent since 2000. Private workers averaged $61,051, up just 8.8 percent during the same time.

For those fortunate enough to have a job in this tough economy, there's a growing gap in salary between government employees and those who work for private companies.

While many Americans have suffered pay cuts or job losses, one group is bucking the trend: federal workers, CBS News Investigative Correspondent Sharyl Attkisson reports. A USA Today analysis finds that federal employees have gotten bigger pay and benefit increases than private employees for nine years straight.

"It made me think, man, I should be a federal employee," one woman said on the streets of the capital.

Federal salaries have grown 33 percent faster than inflation. Their pay and benefits averaged $123,049 in 2009, up 36.9 percent since 2000. Private workers averaged $61,051, up just 8.8 percent during the same time.

"So you have Wall Street, you have big oil and now you have federal civilians," said Tad Dehaven, a budget analyst for the Cato Institute.

And the bonuses are flowing. CBS News has learned taxpayer dollars funded $95.8 million in Transportation Security Administration bonuses last year, including a $35,400 bonus for the head of the agency.

"They're really overpaid," one man said on the streets of the capital.

Federal employees see things differently.

"I definitely don't think I'm paid too much," one such worker said.

Defenders of federal salaries say they reflect the higher skills and education often required for their jobs, and many are paid more because they've stuck with their jobs so long.

President Obama has ordered a freeze on bonuses for 2,900 political appointees and wants the smallest pay hike in more than a decade for two million other federal workers: 1.4 percent.

Histories (And Obituaries) Are Written By Victors: The Case Of James Jackson Kilpatrick

The focus of MainStream Media obituaries for James J. Kilpatrick, who died August 22 in his ninetieth year, was nothing new. They zeroed in on one thing: Kilpatrick’s role in defending massive resistance to school desegregation in Virginia when he was editorials editor for the now defunct Richmond News-Leader.

This is typical of the way America’s current political elite treats Southerners of a certain generation. For example, here is the New York Times’ headline over its obituary of Dixiecrat Sen. Strom Thurmond: "Strom Thurmond, Foe of Integration, Dies at 100."

(An exception, of course, is made if the Southerner is an important Democrat—here is the NYT headline over the obituary on former Klansman Robert C. Byrd: "Robert C. Byrd, a Pillar of the Senate, Dies at 92."The same man, Adam Clymer, wrote both obituaries.)

The Richmond Times-Dispatch addressed the scandalous subject right up front in its first paragraph:

"James J. Kilpatrick, whose pugnacious advocacy of defiance to court-ordered desegregation of Virginia's public schools vaulted him from Richmond editorialist to nationally prominent conservative commentator, died Sunday in Washington. He was 89.

"His career with the evening newspaper spanned the tumultuous years after the 1954 decision by the U.S. Supreme Court that outlawed racially segregated schools—a decision against which Mr. Kilpatrick, acknowledged even by foes as a gifted wordsmith, thundered with pointed eloquence.

" ”�’These nine men repudiated the Constitution, spit upon the 10th Amendment and rewrote the fundamental law of this land to suit their own gauzy concepts of sociology,’ Mr. Kilpatrick wrote after the court ruling.

’If it be said now that the South is flouting the law, let it be said to the high court: you taught us how.”�’"

The chairman of the corporation that owns the Times-Dispatch threw in the obligatory denunciation of Kilpatrick’s dark past:

"J. Stewart Bryan III, chairman of Media General Inc., which published the News Leader until it was folded into the Richmond Times-Dispatch in 1992, described Mr. Kilpatrick as a ”�’very persuasive writer and debater with strong opinions on many subjects.’

"Bryan, whose late father, D. Tennant Bryan, was publisher during Mr. Kilpatrick's tenure, added, ”�’During 17 years as editor of the editorial pages of The Richmond News Leader, he presented these opinions in forceful prose. Some of the positions he took, especially on racial issues, have proven to be wrongheaded. ”�’"

The Washington Post played its first few lines thusly:

"James J. Kilpatrick, 89, a fiery advocate of racial segregation as a Richmond newspaper editor in the 1950s who became a sparring partner of liberals on the television show ”�’60 Minutes’ and a syndicated columnist who offered conservative views on subjects ranging from politics to the proper use of English, died Aug. 15 at George Washington University Hospital. He had congestive heart failure.

"Mr. Kilpatrick, who gradually distanced himself from his writings on race, became one of the most popular and eminent conservative writers of his generation. …

"Larry J. Sabato, [Email him] a political science professor at the University of Virginia, said Mr. Kilpatrick’s accomplishments will always be overshadowed by the major role he played as top editor of the Richmond News Leader.

"At the now-defunct paper, Mr. Kilpatrick wrote editorials that thundered support for ”�’massive resistance’ to race-mixing in public schools, an effort pushed by the political machine of U.S. Sen. Harry F. Byrd Sr. that worked to shut down public schools rather than integrate them.

" ”�’It was one of the saddest episodes in Virginia's long history, and it helped to keep the state a backwater for years to come,’ Sabato said."

In fact, of course, Virginia wasn’t a "backwater" at all, but, thanks to the "Byrd Machine", an efficiently-run place that had yet to surrender its institutions, most importantly the universities, to left-wing eggheads like Sabato.

The New York Times, surprisingly, was most levelheaded in its opening. It waited until the fourth paragraph to discuss Kilpatrick’s sin:

"In the mid-1950s, Mr. Kilpatrick became something of a national figure, articulating constitutional arguments justifying the policy of ”�’massive resistance’ to the Supreme Court’s decision outlawing school segregation. But as the South changed, so did Mr. Kilpatrick, who dropped his fervent defense of segregation a decade later."

The overall meme was one of sin and redemption, with Kilpatrick "repudiating" his outdated views about race and segregation.

Apparently, Kilpatrick did decide his side had lost and there was no point in defending it. Like William F. Buckley and Human Events, he kissed the conquerors’ ring. But it’s a question whether he really changed his views, considering what the NYT reported he wrote in Nation’s Business in 1978:

"Conservatives believe that a civilized society demands orders and classes, that men are not inherently equal, that change and reform are not identical, that in a free society men are children of God and not wards of the state." [Emphasis added]

None of the newspapers, having excoriated Kilpatrick for the sin of defending segregation and his opposition to the Brown decision, mentioned its real history. There is a case to be made that government-imposed integration simply has not worked, least of all in the public schools.

And Kilpatrick’s obituarists simply assumed he was using a Constitution as a fig leaf to cover his hatred of blacks.

But in fact Kilpatrick was exactly right when he thundered against the Brown decision on the News-Leader’s editorial page. The Supreme Court had indeed, as he said, "repudiated the Constitution, spit upon the 10th Amendment and rewrote the fundamental law of this land to suit their own gauzy concepts of sociology."

The newspapers that dug up this entirely accurate description, including the New York Times, didn’t divulge that the NYT itself published a story by James Reston the day after Brown was decided that confirmed Kilpatrick: A Sociological Decision: Court Founded Its Segregation Ruling on Hearts and Minds Rather Than Laws (May 18, 1954).

And we now know that Associate Justice Robert Jackson wrote in an internal court memo "I simply cannot find, in surveying all the usual sources of law, anything which warrants me in saying that [the Court’s decision invalidating school segregation] is required by the original purpose and intent of the Fourteenth or Fifth Amendment". The Court, Jackson opined frankly, was "declaring new law for a new day".

Jackson, the chief American prosecutor at Nuremburg, said NAACP lawyer Thurgood Marshall’s brief "starts and end with sociology", not least the infamously bogus doll test.

Indeed, the Supreme Court didn’t even make the decision, as Paul Craig Roberts has explained:

"One party to the decision, Department of Justice official Philip Elman, revealed in the February 1987 Harvard Law Review that the Brown decision was the product of an ex parte dialogue between a sitting judge (Frankfurter) and a litigant (Elman), which transgressed the fundamental ethical norms for judges. When Elman spilled the beans about the conspiracy, Brown’s supporters, including the New York Times and the Dean of Harvard Law School, among others, condemned the impropriety used to orchestrate the outcome. …

"It took Frankfurter and Elman 18 months, from December 1952 to May 1954, aided by death and illness among the justices, to orchestrate the decision. The reason it took 18 months was that the entire Court and opposing counsel understood that Thurgood Marshall’s brief, in the words of Justice Robert H. Jackson, ”�’starts and ends with sociology.’ The Court opposed overturning legal precedent on the basis of nonlegal opinion, especially when such extraordinary action risked unleashing the ruthless use of federal judicial power."

But let that sleeping dog lie. The obituarists mostly buried deep down in their stories —and the New York Times did not mention at all—an interesting little fact: Kilpatrick took up the cause of a black man he believe wrongly sentenced to death for murder.

Reported the Washington Post obituarist:

"One of his first actions was to champion the case of Silas Rogers, a young black shoeshine man who had been convicted of fatally shooting a Virginia police officer in 1943. Poring over the court transcripts, Mr. Kilpatrick found inconsistencies in testimony. He retraced the steps of the accused killer and tracked down witnesses the police had never contacted.

"His exhaustive reporting over two years led the governor to pardon Rogers. A black newspaper in Richmond inducted Mr. Kilpatrick into its honor roll for courage and justice in 1953."[See The Press: The Case of Silas Rogers, Time Magazine, January 5, 1953, and Va. Governor Frees Once-Doomed Convict, Jet Magazine, January 8, 1953, both of which credit Kilpatrick.]

That’s very strange behavior for a "fiery segregationist", who wrote an essay entitled The Hell He Is Equal, scheduled to be published in the Saturday Evening Post in late 1963 until the infamous church bombing in Birmingham, Ala., that killed four black girls. (It was, the editor said, in "bad taste" and "inflammatory". In the article, Kilpatrick directly stated, with a freedom now vanished from American discourse, "The Negro race, as a race, is in fact an inferior race.")

But because a man believes that one race is more violent and less intelligent than another, and that therefore they should not mix, does not mean he believes the law must treat the race in question unjustly.

Back to Kilpatrick. Whatever he believed when he died, he was right in the 1950s in attacking court-mandated desegregation on Constitutional grounds.

Not least in the case of Arizona’s SB 1070, America is now facing court-mandated immigration. This time, the battle against an imperial judiciary will be fought to a finish.

Great article, but I haven't heard anyone mention the fact that the Dawes Act of 1887 and Indian Citizenship Act of 1924 are further proof that the 14th Amendment was never intended to give citizenship to all born in the US.

American Indians were considered under "tribal jurisdiction" and thus not citizens. If the 14th Amendment had been held applicable to them these congressional acts would have been totally unneeded.

Something to think about.

$578,000,000 Public School In Los Angeles–For Illegal Aliens And Their Descendants

In last night’s VDARE.com column, I mentioned in passing:

The cost of building hundreds of public schools for this Amnesty Baby Boom (and, now, their kids) has been a key, if unmentioned, factor in the breaking of California’s budget. John Seiler reported last week that, when capital costs are included, the Los Angeles Unified School District spends almost $30,000 per student per year. [LAUSD spends $30K per student, CalWatchDog.com] For example, converting the old Ambassador Hotel on Wilshire Boulevard into a school is costing $578,000,000.

For some reason, I never see estimates of what percentage of the student body at this $578,000,000 school will be the children (or grandchildren) of illegal aliens. The LAUSD says:

The school-age population in this area is predominantly Latino (84%) and low-income (89%), with 50% classified as English Language Learners.

So, I guess we can guess.

Today, I walked around the 24 acre site of this Robert F. Kennedy Community Schools on the 3300 block of Wilshire Boulevard today to see what the taxpayers are getting for their $578,000,000.

The good news is that, at least, it’s not an eyesore.

That’s a sharp contrast to LAUSD’s recent $237,000,000 downtown arts high school (above), the Water Slide of Doom (a.k.a., Japanese Robot Invader from Space Aiming Its Flamethrower at the LA Cathedral):

The new RFK school (which is built on the historic site of demolished Ambassador Hotel where RFK was assassinated by Palestinian immigrant terrorist Sirhan Sirhan in 1968, and where my mother somehow used to talk my dad into putting on the tuxedo he owned[!] and taking her dancing at the Coconut Grove nightclub) is done in the shiny neo-modernist style that’s in fashion again. It’s not as nice looking as the 1921 Ambassador Hotel (which was closed in 1989), but it’s not offensive looking.

As for why it cost $578,000,000, or $135,000 per each of the 4200 students, well, I’m sure there are lots of instances of abuse and extravagance. For example, preserving the huge sloping ornamental lawn, about the size of a football field, that runs from Wilshire Blvd. to the buildings is an extravagance (the kids can’t play sports on it due to the slope). But it does look nice in a crowded neighborhood.

The site is on LA’s main public transportation artery, so students’ parents don’t need to drive them. LAUSD could have put up barracks-like school buildings (like those in which most Baby Boomer taxpayers in LA were educated — most school buildings in LA built from 1945 to 1990 are more or less shacks), but the general public perhaps doesn’t want an eyesore in such a prominent place.

What’s scariest is my impression from looking at the site that, well, sure $578,000,000 was ridiculous, but, say, $378,000,000 would not have been.

It’s just plain expensive to do things in LA. For example, one reason it took 21 years to get something new up and running on this prime site was first having 15 years of legal wrangling. But that is par for the course in LA. For example, the single finest piece of land in LA County, the old Marineland site in Palos Verdes on a point of land jutting out into the Pacific with 270-degree ocean views, was out of use from 1986, when Marineland closed, until 2008 when the Terranea resort hotel opened there.

There’s a widespread conservative assumption that all we need to do is sharpen our pencils and cut out Government Waste. But the problems are more fundamental. Los Angeles is crammed with illegal aliens and their descendants, and educating them in a crowded and thus highly expensive city is extremely expensive.

Never Heard Of The Pearcy Massacre? One Guess Why Not!

Diane Sawyer devoted some of the world’s most expensive and precious airtime on ABC World News January 28 to Scott Roeder, who during his trial confessed on the witness stand to killing abortionist George Tiller.

But you won’t see Sawyer—or NBC’s Brian Williams or CBS’ Katie Couric, for that matter—devoting any of her precious airtime to the November 12 mass murder in rural Pearcy, Arkansas, of

80-year-old Edward Earl Gentry Sr.,;

his 56-year-old son, Edward “Eddie”�� Gentry Jr.,;

Eddie’s 52-year-old wife, Pam;

Eddie and Pam’s 24-year-old son, Jeremy;

and Jeremy’s 19-year-old girlfriend, Kristen Warneke.

All of the victims were shot to death. All the corpses, save for that Edward Gentry Sr., were burned when the killers set the son’s family’s mobile home on fire.

Both homes were at 3450 Old Airport Rd. Edward Earl Gentry Sr. was found dead in his house; his son’s mobile home was next to it.

Some expensive wire rims and flat screen TVs were missing.

Edward Gentry Sr. was a decorated U.S. Navy veteran who had served in World War II, the Korean War, and the War in Vietnam.

Pearcy is about 15 miles southwest of Hot Springs and 55 miles southwest of Little Rock.

The five murders were committed on November 12. But the only national media coverage I have found were two brief items from CNN.

Since when is mass murder not a national story?

When the victims are all white, and the suspects are all black—that’s when.

About 15 minutes before the fire at the Gentry place was called in, Edward Earl Gentry Sr.’s pickup truck was found burning in nearby Hot Springs, the Garland County seat.

On November 18, Little Rock's KTHV reported police as having said that “the suspects stayed a while”��, and that the four victims whose corpses had been burned had to be identified via dental records. The “stayed a while”�� remark had ominous echoes of other recent home invasions—such as the Knoxville Horror, in which black thugs tortured, raped and murdered a young white couple, also trying to burn one of the corpses, and the “Wichita Massacre”��, in which black thugs tortured, raped and murdered four young whites (one survived).

KTHV’s November 18 report added,

“Officials with the Garland County Sheriff’s Department say they don’t have any suspects at this time, but evidence leads them to believe folks in the community shouldn’t feel threatened.”��[Five Murder Victims Identified And Released To Family, TodaysTHV.com] (My emphasis)

After all, it was just a gang of racially-motivated black mass murderers victimizing white folks!

And folks up North think that Arkansas is backward. Why, Arkansas is Clinton Country!

During the first week, Garland County Sheriff’s Department Lt. James Martin reportedly said that “investigators have had dead-end leads and calls the case aggravating. He says FBI agents from Hot Springs began working the case Tuesday.”��[FBI joins investigation into Pearcy deaths Associated Press - November 19, 2009]

On the night of November 19, sheriff’s deputies sought to execute a no-knock warrant—i.e. they can break down the door without warning, a sign the suspects were viewed as dangerous—to arrest Marvin Lamar Stringer, Samuel L. Conway, and Jeremy Pickney in Room 139 in the old National Park Inn in Hot Springs.

Stringer, 22, opened fire, shooting Deputy Jason Lawrence in the arm. Conway and Pickney fled. The deputies shot and killed Stringer and, over the course of a long night, managed to effect separate arrests of Conway and Pickney [2 others arrested in Pearcy killings Suspects face capital murder, robbery, arson charges By: Don Thomason, The Sentinel-Record, November 21, 2009] (subscription required).

Deputy Lawrence was initially in serious but stable condition, but has since fully recovered. So has Deputy Felix Hunter, whose pre-existing heart condition had kicked in during the shootout.

According to KARK 4 News, “Arkansas State Police, Hot Springs Police, the F.B.I., and the U.S. Marshal’s Service assisted [Garland County] with the investigation.”�� [Update: Suspects ID'd in Garland County Shootout, Murders, November 20, 2009

Though they didn’t admit it at the time, the Garland County Sheriff’s Department apparently had leads beginning the day after the murders. A confidential informant told investigators that “Conway showed him a gun and Pickney offered the stolen wheel rims and televisions for sale the day after the killings,”�� saying that the items were from a “lick”�� (robbery). But it took some time before a judge signed off on the necessary search warrants. (Conway and Pickney were both reportedly from Hot Springs.)

At a press conference the day after the bloody shootout, Lt. James Martin of the Garland County Sheriff’s Department announced, “No questions now, no questions tomorrow, please don’t wear us out, callin,’ because you’re not going to get anything”��.

I was able to reach Lt. Martin on January 29. Although he was congenial and as helpful as he could be, as the following exchanges show, he was handcuffed from giving me the information that I sought.

Nicholas Stix: “I’m calling regarding the November 19 incident, in which your department attempted to make three arrests … regarding the Pearcy mass murder case.

“I haven’t seen any updates on the conditions of Deputy Jason Lawrence and Deputy Felix Hunter.”��

Lt. James Martin: “Correct, and you won’t. There’s a gag order in effect on all of that. I can tell you that they’re both doing good, and that’s about it.”��

NS: “So does that mean I’m wasting my breath, trying to get a hold of the autopsy?”��

Lt. Martin: “Uh, no. I mean, you can contact the crime lab, and do what you can do about getting a copy of that from them. We haven’t gotten anything yet, and as far as we know, the [Hot Springs] Police Department hasn’t, either….”��

NS: “There was a vague statement that I read somewhere. It wasn’t attributed to anyone, it was a police official, so I don’t know if it was you or someone else. It said that the killers “stayed a while”�� over at the Gentry place, and I was wondering if that was referring to them having done other things like maybe rape or something.”��

Lt. Martin: “No, I don’t know who that statement would have come from, but I haven’t heard that one, myself.”��

NS: “You haven’t heard anything about any rapes occurring before the murders?”��

Lt. Martin: “I haven’t heard anything about it. I’ve distanced myself from it, and they distanced their self from telling me anything, so that I can’t screw up and tell you [we both laugh]!”��

NS: “Wow. So, you don’t know anything about hate crimes being charged or anything then?”��

Lt. Martin: “No, haven’t heard anything like that, either.”��

NS: “Then the next hearing’s in March, right?”��

Lt. Martin: “I’m not even sure about that. You know, public relations or media relations or whatever are a very small part of my job. I’m actually the training officer….”��

Perhaps the most valuable information Lt. Martin gave me was that it was Garland County District Court Judge David Switzer,[Email him] who had imposed the gag order. Judge Switzer was not cited in that context by any available print news sources.

On the telephone with the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory’s Rick Gallagher, I explained what I sought. In response, he patiently explained Arkansas law to me.

Rick Gallagher, ASCL: “Let me explain to you what the law in Arkansas allows. Once anything comes to our laboratory—and the medical examiner works for the Arkansas Crime Laboratory—unlike most states. The state law states very plainly that we do not control the records after that information comes here. They are strictly within the purview of the prosecuting attorney that would have jurisdiction over the case. And he, and he alone, or a judge from the circuit court of that county, are the only two ways that those records can be released. Even after they go to trial. [Emphasis by the speaker.]

“And so, even though they are generated by us, and are given back to the prosecutor and the law enforcement agency of record, we do not control them. I can’t give them to you, because they don’t belong to me. It’s essentially what that means.

“You would have to have permission, authorization, so to speak, of the prosecuting attorney, which Garland County, “Pearcy, is within the purview of Mr. Stephen Oliver, he’s the prosecuting attorney in the 18th Judicial District East…

“And he is in total control of it. And like I said, even after they had a court trial, and of course you would think then that if it’s in open court, that the record becomes public. Well, in a sense it does, but to me, the way the law is written, it never becomes public.

“I still have to have the authorization. I have a file on my desk right now, that I’m waiting on the prosecutor to give me permission to talk to somebody, it’s 33 years old….”��

Next stop was Prosecuting Attorney Stephen Oliver’s office, where a staffer responded to my request: “I wish I could give out the information, but there’s a gag order”��.

Back on November 22, Larry Auster wrote in his View From The Right blog:

“I have not seen any reason for the gag order. But it’s not hard to guess: the authorities in liberal society automatically understand the need to conceal, tamp down, soften, and delay the release of any facts about blacks murdering whites.”��

However, the terrible truth is that, given the politically correct gag order already in force in the newsrooms of today’s Main Stream Media (see here, here, and here), there really was no need for one from Judge Switzer.

Of CNN’s two brief items on the motel shootout and the arrests, the original story on the shootout, now available only in cached form [Police: Suspect in slayings killed in shootout November 20, 2009 10:37 a.m. EST](and soon to disappear into the ether), provided no photographs of the victims or suspects. It has since been replaced, at the same URL, by a story on the arrests, which carries pictures of the suspects, but none of the victims. The AP’s Jon Gambrell wrote a couple of stories on the crime, one of which was rich in details and was run by Arkansas Online with pictures of the suspects (but not the victims). But his stories typically ran without photographs, got little play outside of the South, and always suppressed the crime’s racial character.

Archive searches of the New York Times turned up nothing.

A Times search for the same periods under “Hot Springs,”�� however, proved more fruitful. The Times had run two stories about Hot Springs, Arkansas in the past 30days alone! But both of them about horse racing (here and here). Mass murder didn’t rate space in the self-proclaimed “newspaper of record”��.

The most popular blog, the leftwing Huffington Post, reduced Gambrell’s story to a brief, 185-word item that suppressed all mention of race. Republican web site Breitbart.com ran the identical version.

Of all of the stories that I have seen on this atrocity, only one, by Don Thomason in the Hot Springs Sentinel-Record (November 21, 2009—subscription required), showed pictures of both the victims and the suspects.

And none, of course, gave any contemporary or historical context of black-on-white violence.

By contrast, MSM news stories and opinion pieces alleging racist white-on-black violence routinely cite purportedly similar previous cases—even when either the previous or current case consists of a race hoax.

Heck, not only did the national MSM variously refuse to report on or suppress knowledge of this racist atrocity—even the Republican Web site Free Republic censored it.

There was a discussion of the atrocity there last November. But either GOP activist-censor Jim Robinson, who maintains the site through users’ (?) donations, or one of his deputy censors, killed the thread—exactly as Larry Auster predicted.

Robinson has never had much stomach for threads about black crime, or for that matter seriously debating immigration. His function seems to be to divert the populist energy of Middle American protest into paths that instead serve the Republican National Committee—in other words, to help the very GOP elites who have long been busily destroying Middle Americans’ lives.

The savage 2008 rape-torture-murder of Anne Pressly did receive some national coverage because she was a celebrated Little Rock TV anchor. But even that included the New York Times’ morally perverse gloating over the crime:

“The beating startled much of the state and horrified Ms. Pressly’s neighbors in the prestigious Pulaski Heights neighborhood, an enclave of old houses, and where residents considered themselves essentially exempt from violent crime.“[Arrest in Killing of a TV Anchor, November 27, 2008]

Pressly’s killer, Curtis Lavelle Vance, has since been convicted of the crime. But he was not, needless to say, sentenced to death.

Seeing that Marvin Lamar Stringer sought to kill the Arkansas law enforcement officers who went to arrest him, I think he can safely be removed from the “suspects”�� category, and added to that of “murderer-robber,”�� etc.

Samuel L. Conway and Jeremy Pickney are now defendants, charged with capital murder, aggravated residential burglary, and arson.

Their next court date is scheduled for March 5.

According to court papers, police and prosecutors claimed that the motive for the five murders was “robbery.”��

“Robbery”��? What does mass murder have to do with robbing people of some flat screen TVs and wire rims?

Similarly, the AP’s Jon Gambrell wrote, “Court documents outline a case of robbery gone horribly wrong”��.

The theme of a “robbery gone wrong”�� (often expressed as a “botched robbery”��) has become law enforcement and journalistic boilerplate to cover up racially-motivated, black-on-white murders.

Arkansas needs a Freedom of Information law, so that prosecutors and judges do not have the right to sit on crime files in perpetuity.

Such a law could have conditions requiring the redaction of the names of confidential informants and undercover officers, whose lives might be endangered by being publicly revealed.

My conclusion:

Let Us Now Praise Famous Men is the celebrated 1941 book by writer James Agee and photographer Walker Evans recording the lives of three “invisible”�� white sharecropper families in the Deep South.

The Pearcy Massacre must be added to the ever-growing list of racial atrocities committed by blacks against whites (and against blacks who love whites) made equally invisible by the national MSM:

Harlem’s “Blood Brothers”�� lynchings;

the Black Panthers’ and Black Liberation Army’s cop-killing campaigns;

Illinois’ “De Mau Mau Murders”��;

St. Croix’ “Fountain Valley Massacre”�� (this version of the story, awarded a Pulitzer Prize, mixed racial censorship with racial misdirection in order to transform a story about genocidal black supremacy into one about police corruption and the need for gun control!);

the Polytechnic Heights (the author, TK, renamed the neighborhood, “Rosedale”��) murders carried out by a Fort Worth, Texas gang;

Colin Ferguson’s Long Island Railroad Massacre;

Clifford aka Clifton McCree;

the Wichita Massacre;

the DC Sniper Murders;

the Knoxville Horror;

the Kirkwood (MO) Massacre;

“And some there be, which have no memorial; who are perished, as though they had never been; and are become as though they had never been born.”��

Tourney, decorated war hero and survivor of Israel’s deliberate and pre-meditated attack upon his ship USS LIBERTY 43 years ago, when on the evening of Friday, August 6, he was verbally threatened by a foreign national claiming to work for the government of Israel.

No stranger to threats, Tourney has been subjected over the years to a smorgasboard of such business resulting from his refusal to remain silent concerning the deliberate attack on his ship 43 years ago and the subsequent cover-up nursed along every day since. These threats have included middle-of-the-night phone calls where the names of his children and grandchildren have been read aloud, guns were fired a mere few inches from the phone’s receiver, swastikas painted on his home and, more recently, 2 occasions where the lugnuts on both his trucks were loosened, resulting in both vehicles being totaled in ensuing crashes.

What makes this most recent threat more ominous in its nature (and indicating that the same interests responsible for murdering his shipmates 43 years ago are beginning to take Tourney’s “activism”�� these days more serious than before) is that this time it took place in a manner “up close and personal,”�� meaning in a face-to-face encounter in the lounge of a Holiday Inn located in Southern California.

Vacationing the first week of August with Lisa, his wife of almost 30 years, as he sat in the lounge one Friday, August 6th evening, the seat to his immediate right was taken up by a well-dressed man speaking with an Israeli accent who wanted to strike up a conversation about–of all things–the USS LIBERTY. According to both Tourney and his wife, the man in question was in his mid-40’s, well-dressed and carried himself in a very “professional”�� way. Within seconds of the discussion’s beginning, the Israeli national referred to the LIBERTY as “that horse transport”�� (the lame excuse Israel has maintained these last 43 years in “mistaking”�� the USS LIBERTY for the El Quesir, an Egyptian horse ferry ¼ the size) thus conveying the message to Tourney that his new-found friend was indeed an official from the Israeli government. Tourney asked the man what he did, only to be told that he was a “doctor”��. When Tourney challenged him to produce a business card, the “doctor”�� said he didn’t carry them, not bothering to disguise the slight smirk on his face underscoring the deliberate farcical nature of his response. Has this story made front page news in the United States? If not, what does this failure tell us about what kind of people we are.Obviously trying to get Tourney unhinged (no doubt in the interests of creating a public scene that might eventually turn violent and leading to Tourney’s high-profile/media-intensive arrest) the Israeli then went on discussing the June 8, 1967 butchering of 34 Americans by the government of Israel in mocking, taunting tones.

During the initial few moments of the verbal exchange, the man with the Israeli accent–wearing an outlandishly-over-sized watch–repeatedly put the watch menacingly and directly in Tourney’s face as if he–the Israeli–were a news reporter shoving a microphone in the face of a prospective interviewee. Tourney recognized immediately what was going on, indicated he knew he was being taped and told the man to get the watch out of his face.

Again, it can be assumed the man with the Israeli accent was trying to provoke Tourney into some sort of physical action that would result in the police showing up and subsequent newspaper headlines damaging to the USS LIBERTY cause such as DERANGED USS LIBERTY SURVIVOR ASSAULTS MILD-MANNERED JEWISH DOCTOR AND SON OF HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR IN HOTEL LOUNGE.

Finally, unable to provoke Tourney into throwing that hoped-for first punch, from there the dialogue turned into something right out of an episode of the gangster mini-series The Sopranos. After telling Tourney that the men of the USS LIBERTY “got what they deserved that day”��, the man with the Israeli accent admitted he was in fact not a doctor but rather an employee of the same people who murdered the men aboard the LIBERTY 43 years ago. Tourney asked the man what he did specifically, to which the response over and over was “many things”�� and “I do whatever my government asks of me”��.The Israeli national then went on to say that his bosses were “not happy”�� with some of Tourney’s recent “activities“. He mentioned specifically the radio programs Tourney has either hosted or appeared on in recent years as well as the book he recently co-authored along with independent journalist Mark Glenn entitled “What I Saw That Day…Israel’s 1967 Holocaust of American Servicemen Aboard the USS LIBERTY and Its Aftermath”��. The man made clear the fact that his government–the government of Israel–planned on putting a stop to all of this sooner rather than later, adding that “We plan to pay a visit to your friend Mark Glenn soon as well”��. I wish I had been there and there would be no question about who threw the first punch. Behavior such as this illustrates why Jews have been thrown out of countries, and yes- why they have been killed.At this point, Tourney, wanting to keep the man with the Israeli accent talking as much as possible, then asked how he planned upon silencing him. Was he (Tourney) going to be shot right there in the lounge in front of all present witnesses, and if not, when and where? The man with the Israeli accent merely maintained the same smirk on his face he had displayed before. Tourney then asked him when the next war was going to start, to which the foreign agent replied “Soon…My sources tell me between 30 and 60 days”�� and to which Tourney responded with another question “And what about me?”��, to which the man with the Israeli accent smilingly responded with “You are on the same list as the Iranians.”��At this point, Tourney’s wife Lisa, hearing what was taking place a mere few feet off to her right and experiencing for the first time the kind of threats that her husband has endured for decades (but which he never shared with her) decided she had heard enough. She got up from her seat, went around her husband so she could stare eye to eye with her husband’s would-be murderer and let loose in the way any devoted wife would–She referred to the man with the Israeli accent as the devil and told him he had no right to do what he was doing, asking him who he thought he was threatening Americans in such a way.

At this point, the elevated discussion was obviously attracting attention from the other patrons in the lounge and as if on cue, the man with the Israeli accent fawned surprise, shock and contrition, loudly protesting with apologies, all the more so as to make Tourney and his wife appear irrational, irascible and out of control and he the innocent victim. Shortly afterwards, hotel security showed up and the Tourneys left the lounge.

Tourney’s first action upon arriving at his hotel room was to call the aforementioned co-author of his book Mark Glenn and relate to him what took place and make him aware of the fact that threats had been made against both of them personally by a foreign national claiming to work for the government of Israel.

The following Monday, a visit to the FBI office in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho was made by Glenn where he met for close to an hour with a special agent and described in as much detail as he was capable of delivering the events of the prior Friday evening. According to Glenn, the agent doing the interview was courteous and professional but at an obvious disadvantage in terms of the nature of what had just taken place, as he seemed to have no working knowledge concerning the slaughter of Americans aboard the USS LIBERTY or even with violent Jewish groups tied to Israel’s Mossad operating in the U.S. such as the JDL or JDO, despite the fact that both organizations are categorized by both the US Justice Department and the US State Department as some of the most dangerous terrorist organizations operating on American soil.

Tourney fared no better in his encounter with the FBI in his hometown in relating what took place. According to Tourney, the agent taking down the report gravitated between boredom and aggravation at his being forced to deal with such business, although he indicated he would contact the Coeur D’Alene office and “compare notes”��.

As of the moment of this writing, no follow-up calls have been paid by either FBI office to either parties filing this complaint.

The obvious (which needs no mention but will be nonetheless) are the political realities surrounding this event. If the roles of the various players involved with this event were slightly different, in that they featured an American (war hero or not) being threatened by agents of a foreign country in the Middle East (not Israel) it would make headline news all over the world. Law enforcement officials from virtually every federal agency down to and including the FDA would be pulled off other pressing details in order to bring the full resources of the US government to bear in dealing with the situation and all other news would take a back seat as Americans would be fed a constant din of noise surrounding the latest ”��terrorist”�� threat from the Middle East.

However, just as the world learned in the days and weeks following 9/11, where scores of Israeli intelligence officers (some in circumstances as “interesting”�� as filming the destruction of the Twin Towers and cheering and others arrested while driving an explosives-laden van around New York City) were apprehended by U.S. law enforcement personnel and then quietly sent back to Israel, the Jewish state can literally get away with mass murder against Americans and nothing will be done. Whether it is the attack on the USS LIBERTY, Israel’s role in 9/11 or the fact that two American families were threatened with death by the government of the Jewish state, Israel and her paid assassins are given a free pass out the back door to a waiting getaway vehicle after their crimes have been committed.

Several likely factors as to why Israel has suddenly taken such an interest (and gotten nervous) about the activities of USS LIBERTY survivor Phil Tourney can be summed up as follows–

First, the criminals responsible for the planned mass-murder of American servicemen, having enjoyed over 40 years of relative silence on the issue of the LIBERTY, in the last few years however have renewed reasons to be concerned over the amount of discussion taking place as of late, and in large part due to the near-singular efforts of USS LIBERTY survivor Phil Tourney. A mere few months after the debut of The Liberty Hour, a 2-hour program devoted to discussing the attack on the LIBERTY and bringing it into context with current events, the number of persons learning for the first time about the most shameful cover-up in US history (9/11 being the only possible exception) has increased exponentially. When the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen broaches the topic with his Israeli counterpart, Lt. Gen Gabi Ashkenazi as he did 2 years ago, making it clear to him that it was the position of the US government that there be no “USS LIBERTY Pt II”��, then those who have enjoyed the conspiracy of silence surrounding this event realize that their protective may be wearing thin.

More important than this however is the very real likelihood that members of the intelligence community–with access to information that would obliterate the excuse Israel has maintained these last 43 years concerning the “mistaken identity”�� of the LIBERTY with the aforementioned Egyptian horse ferry–will eventually come forward with footage–audio as well as video–that has been locked away in secret vaults in NSA and CIA proving Israel knew the LIBERTY was an American ship. The more discussion taking place in the American mainstream of the LIBERTY story, the more encouraged certain individuals may be to come forward with secrets they have kept hidden away for 4 decades. One need look no further than former Chief Legal Council for the US Navy Capt. Ward Boston, who oversaw the cover-up on behalf of then President Lyndon Johnson but then came forward in the last years of his life and admitted he was ordered to rule the attack a “mistake”��, all evidence to the contrary be damned. How many other Ward Bostons are out there, just waiting for the right moment to come forward?

Furthermore, now that “respectable”�� people from within the US intelligence community such as former CIA analyst Ray McGovern and former CIA agent Phillip Giraldi have begun speaking about the LIBERTY in the kind of clear, open language that should have encompassed its discussion years ago, it is no longer relegated as the stomping grounds of “anti-Semitic conspiracy theorists”�� and “nut-jobs“, something that for obvious reasons would have Israel worried.

Last is the fact Americana Pictures has just finished the first draft of a screenplay based loosely and not-so-loosely on the events as recounted in Tourney’s new book. The president of Americana Pictures, Merlin Miller, a graduate of West Point Academy, in addition to having spent many years working in Hollywood has also directed and produced several of his own films and has now made the project of producing and directing a new film telling the story of what took place with Israel’s attack on the USS LIBERTY his main priority. I must assume that most of the story is correct. If so, why no national outrage. This is the main point and proves that we are a country in sharp decline and perhaps not worth saving.

If you are not already aware, we are having some very troubling racial incidents here in Des Moines , Iowa . And as one might imagine, this is now being covered-up – and not just by the media, the police chief herself had to apologize for her officers representing the events as racist.

In one instance, a band of between 30 and 40 blacks were roaming just outside the Iowa State Fairgrounds attacking whites and shouting that it was “beat whitey night”��.

Y’know, the casual observer could take that as a trifle racist. Can you imagine if a horde of white hooligans had themselves a “stomp darkie night?”�� Hmmm, I’m thinking that the latter would be deemed racist, very racist. Gosh, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton show up.

I am white and if a bunch of whites went out and beat some people because of their race or religion, I would state that those people should be arrested. If asked if the incident was racist, I would say, "Yes." If asked if what they did was wrong, I would say, "Yes."

Covering up racial incidents only makes matters worse -- need I reference the history books? I don't think so, everyone knows this. Blacks are not the only folk who feel resentment, by the way.

If this sort of behavior continues, things will get worse. These racial attacks must be stopped ... AND, the cover-ups need to stop. Anyone who is itching for a race war is a nut job. America has plenty of external enemies to deal with, we don't need this crap going on at home.

Anyone who would make excuses for racial attacks, have themselves to blame when the inevitable backlashes occur. Nip gang behavior in the bud, kill its roots. Where are black leaders with the courage to speak out against racism in their own communities?!

Chuck Norris is no pinko-liberal-commie, and Human Events is a very conservative publication. The two have come together to produce one of the most important articles of our time, "Obama’s US Assassination Program."

It seems only yesterday that Americans, or those interested in their civil liberties, were shocked that the Bush regime so flagrantly violated the FlSA law against spying on American citizens without a warrant. A federal judge serving on the FISA court even resigned in protest to the illegality of the spying.

Nothing was done about it. "National security" placed the president and executive branch above the law of the land. Civil libertarians worried that the US government was freeing its power from the constraints of law, but no one else seemed to care.

Encouraged by its success in breaking the law, the executive branch early this year announced that the Obama regime has given itself the right to murder Americans abroad if such Americans are considered a "threat." "Threat" was not defined and, thus, a death sentence would be issued by a subjective decision of an unaccountable official.

There was hardly a peep out of the public or the media. Americans and the media were content for the government to summarily execute traitors and turncoats, and who better to identify traitors and turncoats than the government with all its spy programs.

The problem with this sort of thing is that once it starts, it doesn’t stop. As Norris reports citing Obama regime security officials, the next stage is to criminalize dissent and criticism of the government. The May 2010 National Security Strategy states: "We are now moving beyond traditional distinctions between homeland and national security. . . . This includes a determination to prevent terrorist attacks against the American people by fully coordinating the actions that we take abroad with the actions and precautions that we take at home."[PDF]

Most Americans will respond that the "indispensable" US government would never confuse an American exercising First Amendment rights with a terrorist or an enemy of the state. But, in fact, governments always have. Even one of our Founding Fathers, John Adams and the Federalist Party, had their "Alien and Sedition Acts" which targeted the Republican press.

Few with power can brook opposition or criticism, especially when it is a simple matter for those with power to sweep away constraints upon their power in the name of "national security." Deputy National Security Adviser John Brennan recently explained that more steps are being taken, because of the growing number of Americans who have been "captivated by extremist ideology or causes." Notice that this phrasing goes beyond concern with Muslim terrorists.

In pursuit of hegemony over both the world and its own subjects, the US government is shutting down the First Amendment and turning criticism of the government into an act of "domestic extremism," a capital crime punishable by execution, just as it was in Hitler’s Germany and Stalin’s Russia.

Initially German courts resisted Hitler’s illegal acts. Hitler got around the courts by creating a parallel court system, like the Bush regime did with its military tribunals. It won’t be long before a decision of the US Supreme Court will not mean anything. Any decision that goes against the regime will simply be ignored.

This is already happening in Canada, an American puppet state. Writing for the Future of Freedom Foundation, Andy Worthington documents the lawlessness of the US trial of Canadian Omar Khadr. In January of this year, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that the interrogation of Khadr constituted "state conduct that violates the principles of fundamental justice" and "offends the most basic Canadian standards about the treatment of detained youth suspects." According to the Toronto Star, the Court instructed the government to "shape a response that reconciled its foreign policy imperatives with its constitutional obligations to Khadr," but the puppet prime minister of Canada, Stephen Harper, ignored the Court and permitted the US government to proceed with its lawless abuse of a Canadian citizen.[Khadr ill-served without Supreme Court prescription, By Chantal Hébert, August 11, 2010]

September 11 destroyed more than lives, World Trade Center buildings, and Americans’ sense of invulnerability. The event destroyed American liberty, the rule of law and the US Constitution.

Homeless in Seattle

The Seattle Times began a series on homelessness in the Sunday edition. Monday's homeless story is about refugees, Somalis and folks from SE Asia. After reading Sunday's story on a mother and her teen son who were Americans, one has to wonder why we need to import Third World refugees to add to our homeless population. Hopefully, these stories will make readers as angry as I feel now about sharing resources with refugees when so many Americans have no shelter or food.

I think it’s also particularly interesting that things like this were built BEFORE the European age of empire and expansion had begun.

I say that because blacks and their apologists love to say, “You see how much you owe us?”�� They claim that we couldn’t even count if they hadn’t taught us. They love to claim that Europe and its wealth and civilization were built on the backs of millions of slaving blacks and browns in colonies overseas (which we plundered) who gave Europe its riches and made it what it is. In other words, we became rich because we made them poor.

Wrong! To the contrary, the splendid chateaux of the Loire valley in France, the great gothic cathedrals, many of the great English country houses, many palaces, St. Peter’s basilica in Rome, were built before there were any foreign colonies sending wealth into Europe. These things were built by Europeans entirely ON THEIR OWN.

And besides, when you come down to it, what did sugar and tobacco contribute to Europe? All they did was rot people’s teeth and give them cancer. Some “contribution”��!!! And what did cotton contribute? Industrial cities, crowding, crime and slums.

And Moslems love to claim that Europeans were primitive barbarians living in squalor who didn’t even know enough to bathe. Hell, Britain had baths with hot and cold plumbing dating back to the Romans — long before there were any Moslems! Even the Vikings had their saunas. We didn’t need anyone to teach us to bathe. As for not knowing arithmetic, were all those splendid buildings designed by architects who couldn’t count?

Our innate intelligence and desire to explore enabled us to expand too quickly without giving weight to the importance of consolidation. The discovery of the New World was a mixed blessing, to say the least, for Spain. At the time when White leadership in Spain should have been thinking about consolidating and increasing the presence of Whites in recently liberated Al Andalus, the nation’s most enterprising and adventurous men were heading to South America to have their genes irrevocably lost through miscegenation. It took Spain over a century to recover from that loss.
China, however, has taken a deliberately long term view of history and has expanded only when sure of its own internal and external strength.

It is unfortunate but true that the sub saharan blacks never developed mathematics, the written word or even the wheel. Their highest form of transportation appears to be a hollowed out log, while whites built the space shuttle and jet airliners, among other fantastic achievements.

One of the dumbest statements made by black race hustlers is that blacks built this country. The truth is that they did manual labor and only worked because the alternative was harsh treatment. They chopped some cotton and when the industrial revolution took hold they became obsolete farm equipment. They have never built a civilization and cannot maintain one that they inherit or overrun. Examples would be South Africa, Haiti, and Detroit, to just name a few. What all these black utopias have in common is high rates of; murder, rape, robbery, mayhem, AIDS and assorted STD’s, failing schools, unemployment, crooked politicians, drugs and assorted moronic behaviors not tolerated in civilized white societies. Blacks can mimic white people in dress and speech but they lack IQ, intuition and compassion. See how they treat each other, especially their children and god only knows how they treat animals that are in their care. Blacks should not be allowed to live among white people.
