Blacks must live in their own segregated cities with total black governments, police schools etc. like Haiti and Congo. They would be happier and would not ruin the environment and lives of humans.Their only contact with other races should be if they strayed out of their independent black living areas in which case citizen militias and police would have the power to control them as in the years of the 19th and first part of the 20th century.Segregation and ideally removal to an African homeland is the final solution. Black and brown races must live in their own homelands because they proved unable to create nations suitable for humans.

They would have to come to a unanimous verdict if the judge issues an Allen Order, and if they cannot then the case can be retried, by starting all over.
