A PNC Bank branch in Nether Providence Township, Pa. was robbed on Saturday morning, and police are now looking for the suspect.

The robbery happened at 600 Baltimore Pike at 11:44 a.m.

Police say the man walked in and gave the teller a demand note while implying he had a gun.

The man obtained an undisclosed amount of cash, and was last seen getting into the passenger side of an older model (2002-2004) Nissan Altima, black in color, with a silver front grill and tinted windows.

The subject is described as a black male, approximately 6'2", slim build, dark skin, late 30's with a scruffy beard.
He was wearing a black sweatshirt, black hat and dark pants.

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Detectives need your help to identify a suspect who robbed a bank Monday in Carytown.

Police say around 9:20 a.m., the suspect entered the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 3508 W. Cary Street, and passed a note to the teller indicating he was armed and demanded money. After taking cash, he fled along West Cary Street toward Nansemond Avenue.

The suspect is described as a black male, between ages 25 and 30, wearing glasses, a cloth winter hat and overalls at the time of the incident.

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Police need your help locating a person of interest in connection to a Southeast, D.C. bank robbery that occurred Monday morning.

The incident took place at the SunTrust Bank in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Southeast on Monday morning around 9:15 a.m.

Police are describing the person as a black male, 50 to 55 years old, with gray and black hair, clean shaven, medium complexion, 5'7" to 5'8", with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a dark colored Nike ball cap, a green sweatshirt, blue jeans and gold rimmed sun shades.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have arrested two men in Tuesday’s robbery and assault at a Wells Fargo branch on Park Road.

Police charged Anthony Woods, 32, and Jarrett Edwards, 29, both of Charlotte, with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. Edwards was jailed on $125,000 bail and Woods on $50,000 bail.

The branch in the 4500 block of Park Road was robbed at gunpoint at about 10 a.m., police said.

A bank employee was assaulted during the encounter and was taken by Medic to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.

CHICAGO (STMW) — A man wearing a breathing mask robbed a bank Wednesday night in north suburban Waukegan.

The robbery happened at the TCF Bank branch at 922 Green Bay Rd. at 6:50 p.m., according to Waukegan police and the FBI.

The suspect implied he had a gun but did not show one, and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, authorities said.

He was described as a black man about 30, 6-foot and more than 200 pounds, police said. He was wearing a black hat, black hooded sweatshirt and breathing mask.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- An attempted bank robber was caught after her car broke down next door to the bank.

According to police, it happened Thursday at the Iberia Bank on Colonel Glenn Road in Little Rock. An employee said a woman with a gun took off in a Dodge Charger after the employee yelled not to let her into the lobby.

Police found the woman, identified as Shaneka Jones, after a man said her car broke down next door, and she asked him for gas. After further investigation, police identified Jones as the attempted robber after finding clothing matching the bank's description and a gun in her vehicle.

EUCLID, Ohio -- The FBI is seeking to identity a man who allegedly robbed a Dollar Bank Friday afternoon.

Officials say a man entered the bank in the 200 block of East 228th Street shortly before 12:30 p.m. He handed the bank teller a note, demanding money.

No injuries were reported. No weapon was seen or implied during the robbery.

The suspect ran away, heading toward the parking lot shared by Marc's, Rent-A-Center, and other nearby businesses.

Officials describe him as black male, about 5'5" to 5'6" tall, between the ages of 25 and 35 years old. He was seen wearing a brown hooded jacket, grey cap, and jeans.

ALBANY -- Police are looking for information on a man they say robbed the Woodforest Bank on Washington Avenue Extension Monday. Raja Johnson, 24, of Albany is being sought by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Albany Police Department in connection with the robbery, which took place at about 3 p.m. Police said Johnson entered the bank, implied that he had a weapon, and demanded money from the teller. The teller complied, and Johnson fled with an undetermined amount of cash, police said. No injuries were reported. Johnson is described as a black make, 6'5" tall, 180 pound. He has tattoos on his left arm and on both legs.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -

A person robbed the PNC Bank in Daytona Beach Saturday dressed as a woman in hospital scrubs.

The suspect entered the PNC Bank at 1537 South Nova Road in Daytona Beach around 11:30 a.m. Saturday, police said.

The suspect was holding a McDonald's bag and passed it to the teller with a note saying, "You are being robbed." The suspect was given an undetermined amount of money along with a dye pack.

No weapon was seen or implied during the incident.

The suspect fled the bank running north in the parking lot, then ran behind the Sear's building and turned south toward Beville Road.

The suspect is a black male and was dressed as a woman.

CLEVELAND -- Police have in custody the suspect who allegedly robbed a bank on Cleveland's east side Monday morning.

The suspect, identified as Markiko Lewis, 37, was arrested in East Cleveland Tuesday morning by members of the FBI's Violent Crime Task Force.

Officials say Lewis entered a KeyBank in the 15000 block of St. Clair Avenue at about 11 a.m. He then passed a note to the bank teller, demanding money.

Police chase, standoff outside Arlington school ends peacefully

ARLINGTON, Texas - A high speed police chase and standoff in front of the Ferguson Education Center in Arlington ended peacefully Wednesday afternoon.

Video from SKY 4 showed the suspect, DeShawn Maurice Moffett, with his hands in the air as a SWAT vehicle closed in on his SUV. He was quickly handcuffed and loaded into a squad car.

The incident began just before noon when the man allegedly robbed a Bank of America branch in Colleyville, located about a block away from the town’s police department, around 11:40 a.m.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, Ga. -- Gwinnett County Police are looking for help identifying a man who robbed a bank wearing a Spiderman mask.

On Nov. 16th shortly after 1 p.m. police say a man walked into the Fidelity Bank at 4591 Peachthree Industrial Blvd. He is seen on camera wearing a Spider-man mask and holding what appeared to be a detonator in his hand. He also had something wrapped around his stomach that bank employees believed was a bomb.

Witnesses say he yelled "Everybody hand up," and asked employees to bag large bills in bags he provided.


Police say he then led the employees into another area in the bank before leaving out a back door. Surveillance video caught the suspect running away from the bank on South Berkely Lake Road, away from Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

He escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) — Amherst Police are looking for a man they say robbed a Citizens Bank on Niagara Falls Boulevard Friday morning.

Police say a dark-skinned black male “displayed a small handgun and demanded money” from a teller at the bank.

After this, the suspect left through the front door and fled on foot, heading north with an unknown amount of money, according to police.

The suspect was wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, a baseball cap and black sunglasses during the incident.

Police say he looked to be about 60 years old. The suspect is also described as having a thin build and standing at about 6’5″ tall.

EUCLID -- Police say they have arrested and charged a Cleveland boy, 14, for an Oct. 30 bank robbery in Euclid and are still looking for a suspected accomplice.

Police say that the Citizen's Bank at 23300 Lake Shore Boulevard was robbed. The Euclid Police quickly identified the boy as a 14-year-old Cleveland resident.

CLEVELAND -- Officials are seeking to identify two suspects who robbed a Fifth Third Bank on Cleveland's east side Thursday afternoon.

FBI said it happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. at the bank in the 900 block of East 185th Street.

Surveillance images show the suspects, described as two black males in their late teens to early 20s, entering the bank with guns in their hands.

Man Robs Second Northwest Indiana Bank This Month

CHICAGO (STMW) — A man robbed a bank in Chesterton in northwest Indiana Tuesday morning, which authorities suspect may be the second bank he has robbed this month.

The man walked into the First State Bank of Porter at 429 N. Calumet Ave. just before 10:30 a.m, according to Chesterton police Chief David Cincoski. He gave an employee a note and showed a weapon, receiving an undisclosed amount of money before running southwest away from the bank.

The suspect is described as a black man between 30-35, standing about 6-feet with an average build, according to Cincoski and the FBI. He was wearing dark pants, a navy parka, and a beanie with “CAVS” inscribed on it.


The FBI suspects the same man was involved in Nov. 2 robbery in Portage, Ind. He walked into the Horizon Bank branch at 2650 Willowcreek Road about 12:30 p.m. with a handgun, according to the FBI. No one was injured, and he escaped with an unknown amount of money.

Bond For 2 Violent Bank Robbery Suspects Set At $1 Million

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – A judge on Wednesday set bond at $1 million for two suspects accused of a violent bank robbery last week in Lakewood.

Another suspect is still on the loose.

The two men, Miguel David Sanders, 28; and Tyrone Javonne Richardson, 31; said nothing as they appeared in court separately Wednesday morning by video link from the jail.

Formal charges were filed against Sanders. He faces 35 counts, including attempted murder, kidnapping and the robbery of a 1stBank at Jewell and Kipling on Nov. 18.

The charges against Sanders are as follows:

7 counts, 1st Degree Kidnapping

In a getaway that followed police said the suspects carjacked a man and shot him and injured two other people outside the Sheridan Rec Center.

Police said they found Sanders hiding under a bus at Sheridan High School soon after the shootings. They later identified Richardson through the DNA and arrested him on Tuesday.

Myloh Jaqory Mason, 25, remains at large. He is wanted on a series of potential charges, including attempted first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.

According to court documents, Mason has been tied to at least six bank robberies, which are all similar in nature to the Nov. 18 robbery.

St. Louis, MO (KMOX) St. Louis Police are seeking information about the man who robbed the PNC Bank at 4323 North Grand on Wednesday.

The suspect arrived at the bank just after 10am and gave the teller a note. He indicated he had a weapon but did not show one.



His description says he could be in his late 30’s to early 40’s, wearing glasses, a blue hooded parka with grey lining, blue jeans and tennis shoes. His lower lip is discolored.:(

The man captured in Tuesday's bank robbery was on probation for several bank robberies in Illinois, police announced after his arrest.

Patrick Payton, 46, who is from the Chicago area, reportedly disappeared from Illinois in October. Police say he had been on probation following in a stint in the federal prison system.

Fast-forward to Tuesday, when officers were called to the Canon National Bank on 3204 W. Colorado Ave. around 11 a.m. They were told the robber ran from the area after getting an unknown amount of money.

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas Police and the FBI say they’ve nabbed a serial bank robber.

The Dallas Police Department and FBI Violent Crime Task Force arrested Glenda Hendrix, 48, for four bank robberies committed in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas during the past two months.

Police say in each case, Ms. Hendrix approached the cashier wearing various disguises and passed a note to the cashier demanding money.

She is being charged with robbing the following banks:

October 14, 2015 2700 Forth Worth Ave. Comerica Bank
October 23, 2015 2300 W. Illinois Ave. BBV Compass Bank
November 9, 2015 3800 S. Polk St. Chase Bank
November 25, 2015 200 Short Blvd. First Convenience Bank

Ms. Hendrix will be arraigned in federal court for bank robbery.
